If you fly around Braga city (LPBR) you will notice that the stadium is a little bit off. So with the help of our friends over at Simedge, we give you a version adapted to our photoscenery (works also with  orbx global and vector)

Extract and copy the BGL into the Landmarks scenery folder

PT Sceneries - Last Update

Hello guys. It's been long, we know, it's been TOO long, but it's finally done. If you can't be bothered to read, just head to the downloads page and get the four updates we have just issued.

We are working on getting some assistance to seed the so promised torrent file so we can distribute the whole package easier and with the correct file structure already in place.

The whole scenery is a whopping 106GB in size, it has been captured at a good resolution (the one immediately above would send the size into the ~400GB area, so...), more than enough for our simulation needs.

There are three updates, the final NORTH SECTION III, MINHO part 1 and MINHO part 2. These should all live inside the main scenery folder among the rest of the previous .bgl files.

Then we have a fix for the water issue near Aveiro, a file named North21.bgl which should replace the previous version.

We hope you all enjoy this scenery, we wish it could have better quality in some places, but in all honesty this is all that our free time allowed, so... ENJOY!

Our FINAL update (Finally!)

Yes, after some long years in the making, in our own free time (mostly just ONE person), we are finalizing our last update which should be done in about a week or so.

We have also fixed the water issue near Aveiro (sorry about that) and we will release a new torrent stream with all the files for an easier installation. All files will be reorganized and reuploaded to MEGA once the last files are ready and tested. This will obviously take a long time, so it'll be done after the torrent has enough seeds so we can spare some bandwidth for uploading it again.

Expect to hear from us soon, with news about the completion of the project.

Happy New Year!

We have just released Portugal North Section II, now encompassing oPorto Airport. We highly recommend (not mandatory) that if you are using Tropical Sim's LPPR scenery, you delete or rename the photoreal scenery file included with the airport. PTScenerie's photo quality is higher and in this location it has a specially good resolution thanks to a good source, so it will be better like this.

We are already working in the last tiles, we hope to have the project finished during January. One thing is for sure: This is the year this project will be finished, AT LAST!

After we're done with the photo, we will proceed to add a bit of autogen, see how that goes.

Aveiro and more...

Hello everyone,

We would like to thank you for your continuous support, it's been one hell of a ride (we are the ones to blame, i know!).

We will be releasing a new update very soon, covering the Aveiro area and a bit more. We are approaching the conclusion of the project, now covering over 80% of the country, so there IS light at the end of the tunnel.

BEIRAS SECTION II - A new update

We have just added a new update, covering a large area which includes Guarda, Vagos, Cantanhede, Nelas, Serra da Estrela and some more bits. This is a rather large update.

Next update will cover Aveiro, then we'll move up to oPorto and then we hope to complete our work moving further up to Viana do Castelo.

This means that probably within 3 or 4 updates our work will be completed, covering the whole country.

New release... with a twist.

As some of you might have noticed, we deleted the downloads page by mistake :P

Fear not, because it's up once again with a bonus... A new section has been released which finishes the Monte Real Air Base and throws us into the "Beiras" section. Have fun flying in Portugal!

We have just released Ribatejo Section II. This update takes us to Monte Real Airbase, which will be completed in the next release, which we expect to have ready this month of April.

A new update...

We have just released Ribatejo Section I. While this is not only Ribatejo, it's the name we decided to call this new release and the following one.

We managed to get some extra cloud space, so no need to delete any of the previous regions. Enjoy!

Upcoming Update

Hello and Happy New Year!

We are getting an update ready for release (yes, it's true!) and this will be out next weekend most probably.

We want you to pay attention to the following:

This scenery uses a LOT of space and after the next update we will need to delete the first sections of the scenery from the cloud in order to make room for further updates. Do not panic as you will have quite a lot of time before we delete the files to download them if required and backup.

Having said this, you have one week plus the time it takes to release YET another section (maybe 2 weeks, maybe one month...) before the first files get deleted to make room for a new update (The Algarve section).

Slow progress... But we are on it again!

Just to let everyone know that work has been resumed on this scenery pack. We hope to release an update during this month of September. NO PROMISES :)

Lisboa Section II is now complete. After some more extenuating work, there's an additional 7GB of data that covers the whole city as well as Montijo, Sintra, Cascais and more!

Work In Progress

A few pictures of current work in Lisboa, Cascais and Sintra areas. We are facing a few issues with source data (colours differ quite a lot from tile to tile) and we're trying to fix that, so it takes a bit more time for the next update.

Shouldn't be too long now.
